Upgrading the Infranet Controller firmware to 2.1 before deploying the OAC 4.7 Enterprise Edition custom installer with a new 4.7 license key may cause some users to fail authentication. In an 802.1x environment, depending on network setup, users that fail to get authenticated by the Infranet Controller may be unable to connect to a network.
