Monitoring the JPS

You can use JPS Administration to monitor:

• The basic health indicators for the server process
• The current state of the JPS, such as the current network connections or recent performance statistics
• The current configuration, such as the JPS configuration or the subscriber configuration

Viewing Server Process Information

To view information about the server process:

1. Start JPS Administration (see Accessing JPS Administration).
2. In the navigation pane, click Statistics.

The Statistics page appears with information about the server process.

Viewing JPS State

To view information about the current state of the JPS:

1. Start JPS Administration (see Accessing JPS Administration).
2. In the navigation pane, click Statistics, scroll to the JPS section of the Statistics page, and click Details.

The Statistics:JPS pane appears with information about the current state of the JPS.

Viewing JPS Configuration

To view information about the current JPS configuration:

1. Start JPS Administration (see Accessing JPS Administration).
2. In the navigation pane, expand Configuration, and click JPS.

The Current Configuration page appears.

Viewing Subscriber Configuration

To view information about the subscriber IP pools associated with CMTS devices:

1. Start JPS Administration (see Accessing JPS Administration).
2. In the navigation pane, expand Configuration, and click Subscriber.

The Subscriber Configuration page appears.
