Monitoring the JPS
You can use JPS Administration to monitor:
- The basic health indicators for the server process
- The current state of the JPS, such as the current network connections or recent performance statistics
- The current configuration, such as the JPS configuration or the subscriber configuration
Viewing Server Process Information
To view information about the server process:
- Start JPS Administration (see Accessing JPS Administration).
- In the navigation pane, click Statistics.
The Statistics page appears with information about the server process.

Viewing JPS State
To view information about the current state of the JPS:
- Start JPS Administration (see Accessing JPS Administration).
- In the navigation pane, click Statistics, scroll to the JPS section of the Statistics page, and click Details.
The Statistics:JPS pane appears with information about the current state of the JPS.

Viewing JPS Configuration
To view information about the current JPS configuration:
- Start JPS Administration (see Accessing JPS Administration).
- In the navigation pane, expand Configuration, and click JPS.
The Current Configuration page appears.

Viewing Subscriber Configuration
To view information about the subscriber IP pools associated with CMTS devices:
- Start JPS Administration (see Accessing JPS Administration).
- In the navigation pane, expand Configuration, and click Subscriber.
The Subscriber Configuration page appears.
