COPS REQ Data on the SAE
When an interface comes up on the E-series router, the router sends a COPS REQ message to the SAE. You can view the information in these messages by searching the Show ERX interfaces field in the State window of the SAE Web Administration tool. (See Chapter 11, Web-Based Administration of SDX Components for information on using the tool.)
This appendix provides examples of COPS messages sent to the SAE from different types of E-series interfaces. The E-series router configuration and the resulting SAE debug information were gathered using SDX Release 3.0 beta 2 and ERX Release 4.0 beta 1.
