Kaspersky Lab is receiving increasing numbers of user reports about Bagle.fj
The worm first appeared on 2nd February. It has since started spreading actively.
Bagle.fj sends itself to email addresses harvested from the victim computer. It also prevents antivirus solutions from being launched, and modifies the victim machine so that the user is unable to view antivirus vendor sites.
An antivirus database update containing detection for Bagle.fj was released on 2nd February. Users are strongly recommended to ensure that their antivirus databases are up to date.
