Open IP Service Creation Program Application Form

Juniper's Open IP Service Creation Program (OSCP) offers an oppurtunity for innovative software developers, content infrastructure providers, and system integrators to take advantage of Juniper's market leading Service Deployment System (SDX-300) to generate new service provisioning and management functionality. By building interfaces or applications for the SDX-300 via this program, developers can capitalize on its robust features and intelligent “flow-through” service controls that are attractive to top-tier service providers.

The OSCP is designed to encourage and facilitate the development of software applications and interfaces with a view in providing added value to mutual customers and prospects. Juniper Networks will determine the appropriate Program Tier level for each participant. Upon acceptance of this application, the OSCP agreement, and the payment of the participant's fee for the initial year of participation, Juniper Networks will formally designate the participant as being part of the program.

Juniper Networks utilizes this application to assess eligibility for participation in the OSCP. Please provide the information as requested below.
