The Juniper Networks Quality Management System - J-QMS - is certified in the TL 9000 R3.0, 1.2.9 router category for design, development, provision and servicing of its core and edge IP router. TL 9000 is a global standard developed by the Quality of Excellence of Suppliers of Telecommunications (QuEST) Forum. It is a superset of the International Standards Organization's ISO 90001:2000 quality standard.
Our TL 9000 certificate covers our core and edge IP routers. Juniper Networks is distinguished in being the first North American IP routing vendor to achieve this honor, a testament to the company's focus on excellence in meeting the needs of its customers.
